With over 10 years of experience in business and design, I am uniquely suited to help businesses solve problems and meet business goals in unique and creative ways using design thinking and UX tools and principles.

I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology, Sociology, and English from Louisiana State University where I did research in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Early Childhood Development Psychology.

I also have a Master's degree from Bentley University in Human Factors in Information Design (UX) where I continue to work as a UX researcher and study designer in the Bentley Immersive Design (VR) Lab. My team uses immersive technology to solve research and business questions. Some of our current research explores how virtual and mixed reality can promote empathy and influence public opinion and policy.

My work as a UX consultant focuses on assessing internal systems and processes as well as outward facing products and services by considering both external users and employees as internal users to create a holistic business strategy that promotes great company culture and user experience.
